8th Panhellenic Conference in Algebra, Number Theory and Applications

The 8^th Panhellenic Conference in Algebra, Number Theory and Applications (http://www.math.ntua.gr/synedrioalgevras) is organized by the Department of Mathematics of the School of Applied Mathematical and Physical Sciences of the National Technical University of Athens (http://semfe.math.ntua.gr/) from the 29th to the 31st of May 2008. The venue of the Conference will be Zografou Campus of NTUA. The Conference is under the auspices of the Academy of Athens and is dedicated to the memory of Christos Papakyriakopoulos. The conference will include invited talks as well as shorter talks (20’-30’). In addition, there will be a shelf where you may display your work and preprints. Presentations are welcome in both Greek or English. There will be a special volume of conference proceedings.
